Many thanks to Vincenzo Rao for the invitation to attend Antonio Marras SS09 show. The invitation was beautifully made, with the theme song of the event to play softly in our memories using low technology.
One can see here how the designer builds a mood board and translates that into clothing, makeup, music, light, accessories, and performance.
Their Milan installation was a small showcase of their products. The hung two photos of models with cameras on either side of the podium showcasing their connectivity.
Hanging in time, suspended by bobbing and moving sculpture, MALIPARMI offer up an experience of their clothing and accessory line rather than a fashion show. Milan fashion week offers new opportunities to interact with fashion brands. Check out the videos on 360fashion in the TV section here.
