InfoTechArt 2.0 - Un BLOG de JOURNAL: n'importe quoi!.

this is really funny.

I actually did a google search and found it linking to a comment i had written on this beautiful blog (it's really stylish webdesign -- it even has a clock.
it's really funny, i heard marc canter and robert scoble talking about web 2.0 and now i can see what everybodys searching for solutions in this web 2.0 space.

i think blogging, due to the ease of the technology (ie no programming neccessary) has both offered the possiblity of deeper expression for the journalist and simulataniously opened information to a new kind of reader audiance.

it offers the ability to form a group or following, there by leading to fame (small scale or large), and the ability to influence/interact with the world. i am however, saddened to hear that journalists or editors who maintain blogged journalism are considered less valid than editors and journalists who have their articles in printed paper.

(that's what stephan said to me) it's still not a totally respected form of news communication. can you imagine september 11th if everyone had not only had their video recorders, but their nokia 7610 lifeblog enabled phones? there would have been a lot of reporting / blogging going on. my blog (representing the lighter side of news) offers me the possibility to communicate with my clients and readers on a personal level. it allows me to dispell the myths about models and modelling by practical daily "reporting". with my lifeblog it even offers me an intimate way to report about fashion and the people i work with. the phone is a very unintimidating format and offers a different perspective than a big tv camera. i hope people laugh and feel good after reading. i really enjoyed the conference and to learn about the different bloggs out there! there's my 2 cents.
