The Petit Moulin is a hotel designed by Lacroix. It's owned by a very beautiful woman and frequented by many fashion professionals.

I think i wore her hat in every shot. I really loved the makeup julie did. We moved back to the hotel and set up right away for the next shots. Julie did a touch up after the lunch, and it was so fun on this shot to have the art director tell us stories to make up in our head. I never really understood what an art director does, but wow. It was really helpful as a model to be communicated clearly to about the shot they are looking for. I always find it helps me to model better, when i make up things in my head. Then it's more in character and seems real. It was a lot of fun!

While the team is working out the logic of the shoot, we take a break to blog a little interview update.

Chesley stops for a moment to fix the clothes and instruct the other model on how to best show the clothes.

Using the props of the park we are working on location. We have the chance to catch the sun now. It almost rained.

Chesley made the rose you see while i was having my makeup done. She uses needle and thread to sew up big stitches. Her clothes are very child like and theatrical. Now we are off to the location! Pack it all up.

It's a little bit early when we start the hair and makeup. I'm being paired up with a great asian girl. We are in the Hotel de petit Moulin, a hotel that Christian Lacroix. Don't you love the pink? It's such a fashionable hotel.

Today i am doing a photo shoot for Chesley McLaren. She is a well known fashion graphist who was working with louis vuitton by making special appearances at events signing her special edition photos. She said she was part of the entertainment of the evening. She was only dressed in black, and she thought she should dress a little more theatrical, so she made herself some "costumes". While at the events so many people wanted to buy her clothes she decided to launch a mini collection. Today we are shooting for so chic magazine. She wrote also a great childrens book. Check out her style.

This is how they do my hair. Very cool. A mono pony tail.

I love designers that give you a lot of good food to eat. All my favorite stuff!
