beijing women's street shopping with my favorite clients

The managers of my favorite studio took me out shopping for some cool casting dresses to a very famous shopping area called "women's street" in Beijing. I found my new top casting dress of the week! I love the color! This dress was expensive to china standards, i had to pay 300 rmb! Normally dresses cost 60 rmb but they know about foreigners in this street. Bargain them down and be prepared to walk away. They will run after you.

You will need a whole day here to check out all the stalls. Be prepared. Come equipped with water! They have some chinese restaurants outside. The store i show here- all dresses are 80-100 rmb!

Sometimes the only way to see a top photographer is vm visit him on location because they work every day. Today i was supposed to hide in the car so he did not see me but of course i prefered to just say hi! He knows me so well after 3 times shooting. He told my booker i'm the best foreign model he's worked with in two years. That won me a lot of bonus points with my agency!

I think ashley shaw from new york red agency has so much potential. She's got so much style and a look that's like a baby linda evangelista. She's my roommate in Beijing and she's the source of my sanity. She's hilarious! Today we are waiting to go to another 5 casting. . . It's a very busy day! =
